The task includes ensuring operation, new installations and further organizational development of the department for a number of MS SQL servers.
Supplement
The customer uses both dedicated servers and virtual machines to operate a triple-digit number of MS SQL instances. Operation of the servers is ensured. A process based on scrum is introduced for organization and new tools are introduced for the inventory.
Subject description
The 2nd and 3rd level operation of the MS SQL server includes simple databases and also BI applications, SSIS loading routes, performance measurements, incident handling, new installations, migration support, user management and consulting. The individual servers have a wide variety of application purposes.
