The Groupware system of the customer contains the sending and receiving of e-mails, organization of appointments as well as management of meeting rooms and devices. The existing system should be set up better for the requirements of the customer. PTA provides the customer with consulting for this requirement.
Subject description
The customer is advised how the existing e-mail system can be optimized. This concerns both the technical setup of the system and also the introduction into expanded utilization possibilities of the application. Following extensive analysis of the system, PTA works out possible measures for how the system can be optimized. The customer implements the measure with support from PTA.
