Oracle database upgrade

Brief description
Due to the upcoming end of support for the Oracle database version used (11g), an upgrade to version 12c is necessary. This involves planning and carrying out tests, and downstream updates of the test environments.
Supplement
The ETRM system OpenLink Endur V12 is used in the company with an Oracle database. The pending end of support for database version 11g by Oracle requires a version upgrade to version 12c. To ensure trouble-free operation, test cases are to be created for the most important functions. Responsibilities include creating test cases (taking into account an automatic test tool created by the customer), coordinating the tests and test systems, organizing user acceptance tests with the specialist departments, and communication with database administrators regarding technical implementation.
