Brief description
For the customer a complete package of development services and hosting is put together. Within the scope of the project, the operation of a Windows Terminal Server (WTS) environment including the application platform running on it is taken over. In addition, the entire further development of the various platform components and the associated 2nd / 3rd level support will be outsourced.

In addition to the identification and handling of the content-related tasks that are part of the development and operation, it is particularly important to clearly define the interfaces from and to the customer and to establish a corresponding process on both sides. Furthermore, it is necessary to create a contractual basis which covers the legal framework of the services assumed.
Subject description
A WTS environment is operated to give an external user group access to the platform running on it, via which internally hosted function modules can be accessed. The individual components of this platform must be adapted cyclically to the changing requirements of the surrounding ecosystem and released in synchronized release cycles.
