Brief description
As part of a rolling program of enhancements, regular meetings and discussions take place with the stakeholders and business users and also the technical support. The initial ideas are analyzed, more specific requirements are drawn up and their business case is evaluated. After approval of the business case the requirements are implemented in the existing software.
Supplement
This software is the central system for managing the data of the external contractors who work on-site. As the business processes and supporting technical systems change, new requirements are placed on the access control software. The most important enhancement this time is to the process of lending and returning respiratory masks.
