Further development of an existing application for financial planning (project 'Planning tool for financial modeling'). In this project, existing processes are further optimized, visualized and automatized.

The process model is a mixture of an agile approach and a classic model. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is the technology used.
Subject description
For reporting purposes and improved data transparency, the planning data is loaded to a database via an interface. Another interface is implemented for loading more detailed data to an Excel application. Expansion of the Excel application for processing Economic Value Measurement (EVM) data.
