Individual software development for a premium calculation system for sales roles.
Subject description
The bonus system uses turnover data that is transferred each month from the mainframe via file transfer as a basis for calculating bonuses for sales roles. Once a month, the progressive sales figures are compared against the progress annual planned target, revised by means of a seasonal curve. The monthly bonus is calculated according to the ration between ACTUAL and TARGET and the maximum bonus amount.
