Preparation of test and migration data for CRM introduction

Brief description
Centralization of master data from various third-party systems in MS Excel 2016 for import into a new CRM system. Different variants and versions of the imported data serve as data and test basis for the new CRM system.
Supplement
Through the use of appropriate formulas and functions, the content of the master data can also be adapted to the specifications of the new CRM system as required. A corresponding documentation of the technical requirements, the data architecture and the procedure for an update forms the final part of this project.
Subject description
In addition to consulting on the implementation of the concept, the objectives of the project are the technical prerequisites and the achievement of a corresponding performance. The requirement for an automatic update of the data for the upload of different types of sales must also be included in the concept. The third task, in addition to the actual structure of the master data in the upload templates, is the structuring and documentation of the procedure in order to enable the customer to create and manage further versions himself. The potential for errors due to complexity is minimized by using additional help columns and corresponding formulas and functions.
