Brief description
Process consulting is aimed at functionally improving the quality of the market suitability check and reducing the test duration for each incident. Next, a new software solution is introduced in order to provide comprehensive functional support and significant cost savings.
Supplement
The main system for the market suitability check is CMC-Trades, but this does not cover all business types. For this reason, a variety of other individual data processing tools (Excel and Access applications) are also involved to enable checking of all the relevant transactions. PTA analyzes the processes and functions in the tools. On this basis, proposals are developed for optimization of the functional checks. In addition, a target platform is determined on the basis of the requirements, as part of a make-or-buy analysis.
Subject description
During the market suitability analysis, many different types of business need to be checked. This essentially involves a standard software solution that covers 85% of cases. The remaining cases are supported by a variety of individual software solutions. However, the large number of special features in the check itself means that the processes and software solutions are no longer suitable for the task at hand. The first stage of this project involves optimization, followed by the introduction of a suitable software solution in the second stage.
