The customer is consulted on the following items: 1. Analysis of the deliverables or documents necessary according to the customer-internal process. 2. A stakeholder matrix for the deliverables determined as per 1. 3. An analysis of dependencies between deliverables as per 1. 4. An analysis of which documents can be delivered by PTA up to which maturity level. 5. An analysis of the support needed by the customer or external resources. 6. An analysis of opportunities for supporting stakeholders in creating deliverables. 7. Planning the process.
