Subject description
The object of the design phase is the creation and coordination of a procedure using a selected example business process that covers several IT and organizational interfaces. The requirements of different departments and specialist concepts must be linked with the KVP objective. This concept serves as the basis for the planned functional and technical implementation of process controlling.
