Product definition: specification of diagnostic analyser

Brief description
For a product update of a diagnostic analyzer, PTA is actively involved in setting up and introducing a product definition team (PDT) at the customer. The task of the PDT is to first analyze and optimize existing requirement-specific processes and to provide support during the requirements analysis.
Supplement
Current customer processes are analysed, documented and presented to the customer. Based on the results of the analysis, various solution proposals are compiled and evaluated together with the customer aiming to optimize the customers process. In compliance with a given process model new structures and processes and project memebers are trained accordingly by PTA personnel.
Subject description
The product definition team provides requirements documentation from a single source. This includes identifying the relevant topics with responsible contact persons (stakeholders), developing the core functions, and communicating these functions in workshops, in order to reach all contact persons.
