Brief description
A client is searching for a temporary product owner for the continuation of several system projects. The original product owner is no longer available on short notice. The projects are technically involved, and the client has no internal resources available. We develop an internal coworker into the role.
Supplement
The scope of the projects for which the client seeks a product owner is not clearly defined. Together with the client, we define the scope, clarify the requirements and develop an approach for delivering and validation of the products. As product owner we are responsible for the definition of the roadmap, defining and priorising of future features, maintaining the work backlog and aligning the features with the system decomposition. The projects are performed within a cross-fucntional team of five coworkers.
Subject description
The systems that are being developed are devices for sorting kernels of grains. These devices combine mechatronic components with machine-vision, NIR-spectroscopy and machine learning.
