Product Owner TFS Build Process

Brief description
In this project, the TFS Build workflow should be adapted from the form delivered by Microsoft, with regard to customer-specific requirements. Through consultation for in-house stakeholders at the customer, requirements and user stories are created, evaluated and prioritized accordingly. As the organizational and responsible leader, the product owner represents the vision of the product within and outside the Scrum team at the customer, and is responsible for its success. The Scrum team is distributed between two sites within Europe and requires travel activity.
