The concept involves modelling the customer processes, including the requirements and designing the user interface as well as the system processes. The planned application documents and controls how workpieces run through the system starting from incoming goods through the various production steps until outgoing goods.

In particular, the design of the user interface must take account of the need for a touch-panel interface.
Subject description
This means the customer's working processes are made more efficient and production planning is improved. In addition, documentation of a batch utilization verification becomes possible in electronic form.
