Project accompaniment for implementing regulatory requirements in the gas business

Brief description
The GABi Gas 2.0 will result in new regulatory requirements for all market participants. On the basis of GABi Gas 2.0 as well as the draft version of KoV VIII, comprising the main part, appendices and guidelines, the changes relevant for the customer are analyzed and corresponding requirements formulated for the software used at the customer. In the course of the project, implementation of these requirements will be pushed through at the customer, and the customer will be supported in carrying out specialist tests. The task of PTA is to provide advice in project management and the coordinated accompaniment of the project. In this context, regular project risk analyses are carried out and the corresponding measures instigated if necessary. The weekly project status is created and the internal / external communication is handled by PTA as well.
Supplement
In order to support its specialist processes, the customer uses a variety of IT systems which need to be adapted to the KoV VIII as part of the project. These adaptations include not only providing new functions but also modifications to existing processes, as well as adapting interfaces between the systems. PTA provides support in this case for communication between the customer and service providers, coordinates all internal project tasks of the specialist departments and documents the results of the particular project phases.
Subject description
The following processes are adapted in order to modify the specialist processes of the MGV to KoV VIII: – Calculation and publication of the compensation energy prices, – Settlement of calorific value differences and processing of the new ALOCAT X7G message type and calculation of the resulting new balancing group key figures (IMBNOTs / TRANOTs) – Adaptation of the new IMBNOTs for biogas balancing group key figures – Deletion of the requirement to declare the ZRT Entryso, Exitso, Entry Biogas physically and Entry Hydrogen physically – Settlement and publication of the stand-by energy inputs – Calculation and settlement of the balancing allocation split according to SLP and RLM (Split Pot).
