Project management and facilitation for future core laboratories
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
Project management, facilitation & documentation of various sub-projects in an international and multicultural company. PTA plans, moderates, documents and analyses the workshops in corresponding sub-projects. Appropriate concepts are evaluated and documented in the areas of customer requirements, IT architecture and simulation.
Supplement
Key customer requirements are determined by conducting worldwide customer surveys and by analyzing existing systems. Within IT architecture, concepts regarding functional decomposition, interface standards, and interoperability are elicited in workshops. The application of the simulators (processes, tools and requirements) is also planned, conducted, and evaluated by means of worldwide surveys (electronically or by phone) involving customers and consultants.
Subject description
The standards used are HL 7 and IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise, see https://www.ihe.net). In addition, different workshop moderation techniques are used.
