PTA supports the customer in the transition from the conventional to the agile process structure. The challenge is to keep already running projects functional during the transition phase and, in particular, to be able to keep and estimate time schedules for current projects and future tenders.

Furthermore, the operational processes are identified, analyzed, and assessed in an 'operational assessment' with regard to systems engineering. Based on the evaluation, strengths and weaknesses as well as pragmatic solutions are outlined to the customer.
