Project Management and Operational Assessment

For this purpose, estimation procedures are implemented in agile development. Furthermore, the operational processes are identified, analyzed, and assessed in an 'operational assessment' with regard to systems engineering. Based on the evaluation, strengths and weaknesses as well as pragmatic solutions are outlined to the customer. The disciplines regarded include in particular include configuration management, interface design, project and program management, quality assurance, requirements engineering, risk management, and software engineering.
