Project planning tool

The application supports controlling, communication and documentation throughout the entire project cycle for the development of a product, starting from the inquiry, through development and the feasibility study, to the product launch. Depending on their role, individual members of the project team are informed about the project progress or prompted to make comments about the individual process steps. At the same time, the state and status of the project are transparent to all persons involved. The option of assigning electronically available documents to the individual process steps fulfills essential requirements concerning project documentation.
