Communication is by means of an Excel document that is expanded to include an advancing process. The saved authorization functions are used by both the client and the supplier. In the department requesting the work, it is possible to identify estimated costs for the services listed in the request for quotation, for example. The outside planning company can calculate its quotation with the help of the agreed and saved prices, for example, and create a report for the department requesting the work.
