Brief description
The project includes the logistical inventory management of project-related parts and transfer to anonymous series processing.
Supplement
The material master data and the bills of material are transferred from the CAD interface to the SAP system. In the SAP system, the parts are grouped by demand and assigned to cost units. The logistical and commercial processing is then mapped exclusively in SAP. After being fully processed, the parts are transferred to series production.
Subject description
Processing of the prototype parts was previously managed using N-assigned items. This means that there is no logistical tracking in the plants. In the future, KDE will be used to organize the logistical and commercial tracking. The master data from the CAD systems is interlinked in such a way that transfer to series production does not require any extra effort.
