Provision of dosimeter testing system on modernized hardware

Brief description
An IT system for supporting recurring dosimeter checks is being transferred to modernized hardware. This change ensures the continued safe operation of the testing and configuration system in the current environment. It consists of a combination of MS Access and technical control of dosimeters based on .NET Framework and the appropriate hardware drivers. The work is being carried out by PTA GmbH, which developed the system and has been maintaining it for many years.
Supplement
The PTA performs all necessary work to transfer the system to an updated IT infrastructure. In addition to deploying the self-developed system components based on MS Access and .NET Framework, extensive configurations of the required driver software are carried out on the target system.
Subject description
The system is used to test and configure dosimeters. This allows customers to calibrate the measuring devices themselves. This enables customers to significantly reduce the costs incurred by external testing institutions.
