The following tasks will be taken over by the PTA within the framework of the project: Adjustment of the audit scope, analysis of the processes to be implemented locally, identification of gaps, creation of an action plan with definition of timelines and responsibilities, feedback and cooperation with the auditors (pre-audit consulting), consulting of the auditors during the audit, analysis of the audit report and the CAPA list, closure of the CAPAs with the national companies, monitoring, final review of the score cards (post-audit consulting).
