Brief description
Our customer, a pharmaceutical company, would like to be advised and supported in all audit phases at two national companies and asks to document and complete all audit activities.
Supplement
In addition to the audit consultations, we supported the locations in the various countries in setting up a complaint handling database and in implementing BrandBox for the local release of advertising materials.
Subject description
The audit activities to be performed are: Adjustment of the audit scope, analysis of the implemented local processes, identification of gaps, creation of an action plan with definition of timelines and responsibilities, exchange with the auditors, consulting of the auditors, analysis of the audit report and closure of the CAPAs with the national companies, monitoring, final review of the score cards.
