Brief description
Our client, a pharmaceutical company, has asked us to provide post audit support for its Middle East Management Center and to build and implement the local customization process.
Supplement
Our tasks consist in the finalisation of the SOPs, the creation of a training matrix and the implementation of trainings in accordance with the adaptation of CAPA's audit. Furthermore, we supported the monitoring of the release circle as well as the monitoring and support of the training documents in order to enable the implementation in local SOPs.
Subject description
After successful completion of our tasks, we deliver a release document according to the defined CAPA deadline. In addition, the employees are trained and a decision matrix is created based on the development of a priority recommendation for implementation.
