Brief description
A pharmaceutical company is to be advised on a pre- and post-audit of its diabetes care management centers in the Middle East, Russia and South Africa. In addition, we support the customer in establishing a management center network with the aim of developing and sharing know-how in order to jointly use this for identifying processes and creating regional operating procedures.

In addition, distributors in South Africa are trained in complaint management handling of allegation codes, PRI criteria, troubleshooting guides, the Complaint Management Agency Tool and thus improve and increase compliance for PRIs and non-PRIs.
Subject description
Our tasks are the finalization of the audit-relevant SOPs and training documents, as well as the transfer and adaptation of the process descriptions of other countries to the three Management Centers. SalesForce Error Code Charts are created for the MC South Africa and distributed to the distributors.
