Quality Networking Support

Brief description
The aim of the project is to harmonise the business processes of the local subsidiaries of an international Diabetes care company and to support the countries in the implementation of these processes. For the local processes, SOPs (Standard operaring procedure) are being created in the area of supply chain and complaint management and are trained accordingly. The internal audit of the countries is also supported by Qnet and a review of the processes within the respective country companies is carried out. Checklists are created for local warehouse audits and regular reviews of local adjustments are made.
Supplement
PTA assists in the preparation of flowcharts and work instructions as well as in the preparation of training materials. A training matrix is created for the Middle East region. In addition to this, surveys to monitor and improve the Training process are created after the training of the SOPs and stored in SharePoint.
Subject description
Create WebEx meetings to train the SOP recommendations for local customizations; SOP Review (Implementation of internal audits for supply chain and complaint management); Audit support for the South African local customization process review; Preparation of a checklist for local warehouse audits; Support Middle East around area demo pump and demo meters, creating a one pager for PRI handling; Verification of purchasing control forms; Organization of Salesforce Training and management of access rights; Creation of a training matrix for the Middle East Region; Support audit for RDCME; Create a survey for product Cybersecurity in SharePoint; Recording of audio/video WebEx trainings for local customizations; Training handling for biological material presentation; Development of a CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action)plan post audit; Creation of QMS (Quality Management Systems) presentations.
