Redwood Data Migration

Brief description
The master and transaction data of the outdated CRM system, which has been in use for many years, must be prepared and made available for migration to a new environment (salesforce). The managers and key users involved define the scope of the data objects to be migrated, as well as the filter criteria and rules for data composition.
Supplement
The project team advises the customer's managers on this concept. During the test phases, corrections are made to the data composition if necessary to ensure smooth work in the new CRM environment with the migrated data. In the subsequent hypercare phase, missing data is also supplied.
Subject description
The data are extracted from the databases in accordance with the filter criteria and rules and then transferred to the migration database in the target system using linked server.
