Reporting for order management, project settlement, and for project resource management

The reporting system consists of MS SQL Server stored procedures, which can be called from Excel templates for data mining. The stored procedures read the data from copies of the relevant tables of the standard software, taking account of the filters that have been passed. The filter criteria for the reports are set in Excel, and the data are optionally grouped and totaled according to specified criteria. A framework is used to administer the role-based authorizations and the distribution of the Excel templates. The reports are used by the managers and company controllers for checking receivables, project revenue etc. Special reports on the optimum support for their work are drafted and implemented for the respective tasks.
