Subject description
Procedure: 1) Evaluating project documentation, e.g. target concept including data model, architecture concept, procedure and project plan. 2) Preliminary coordination with responsible persons (kickoff meeting). 3) On-site opinion survey of planned scope of service and project plan, possible risks, ideas for project vision and project marketing. 4) Checking the application (initial results) on site for user concept, stability, performance etc.
