Creating a prototype for a sales and distribution and technical information system in line with the existing detailed specification for maintaining plants, including scheduling and project planning, and using OLE linking options between the MS Office products, including MS Mail.

Subject description
The sales and distribution information system consists of five interlocking submodules: internal and external electronic mail, an appointment calendar, a to-do list, document management, a customer product database and a module for processing, tracking and documenting business processes, such as quotations. The technical information system also includes e-mail, an appointment calendar, a to-do list and document management. It also manages production plants and aggregates, and tracks and documents internal and external test dates.
