SAP Business Support Material Master Data and Purchasing

Interface between the local departments and the global IT organization responsible for this Europe-wide SAP system: accepting queries and software change requests for the material master data maintenance department and purchasing, as well as the formal and correct processing of software changes via change management in a validated software environment. This work includes creating and revising all the associated documents and is aligned with the SOPs (standard operating procedures) that apply in the pharmaceutical company in question.
