Brief description
Development of a Business Warehouse application for the evaluation of customer complaints. The 8D-Reporting was realized with SAP BW, whereby the source data was extracted from SAP ERP 6.0.

Conception and implementation of a data model for the extraction of complaint data from the SAP source system. The data model includes several InfoProviders (DSOs, Cube), transformations, programs, process chains, and maintenance tables. Frontend: Creating Queries
Subject description
The customer uses 8D reports for complaints management. The application provides an overview of all open and closed complaints. This includes the processing time and the current 8D process step of a complaint. The total number of open and solved complaints can also be evaluated. The application should improve complaint processing.
