SAP BW: analysis of IT fault tickets

Brief description
Development of a BW application for analyzing and graphically displaying IT fault tickets (ticket dump) with group allocation and various classification characteristics. This makes it possible to evaluate frequency and processing times for various criteria.
Supplement
A BW data model is to be structured with ODS data objects and structures for data extraction so that fault tickets and their time-dependent states can be mapped in a way that enables an examination of the fault situation's history in terms of various combinations of characteristics and different aggregation levels.
