SAP BW on HANA: EWM Reports

Brief description
Those responsible for the central warehouses are increasingly using SAP BW as a reporting tool to evaluate the data from SAP EWM. Reports on various central master and transaction data such as inbound and outbound deliveries, stock, storage locations, etc. are realised by the PTA.
Supplement
The data comes from an SAP EWM system and the underlying ERP system (SAP Retail) and is loaded and consolidated in SAP BW on HANA. For extraction, both standard and generic extractors are used, if necessary supplemented by means of a BADi extension.
Subject description
The central warehouses play a decisive role in the turnover of goods, both for imports and the distribution of goods to branches or directly to customers, e.g. for online shop orders. The very large operational data volumes can be evaluated much better and more meaningfully in an SAP BW system.
