Design and implementation of a data model for displaying the OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) trend over time for workstations (personnel and systems).
Supplement
The report calculates the OEE, quantities, and actual and planned times on the basis of feedback from production (series production and discrete manufacturing).
Subject description
The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of a workstation is defined as the product of the following three factors: the level of utilization (availability), the performance rate and the quality rate. The OEE is a key figure for investigating a company's economic efficiency and it specifies the actual capacity utilization of a workstation compared to what is theoretically possible.
