SAP BW: Quantity overriding in sales-controlled sales planning

Sales-controlled sales planning is based on a combination of scheduled materials/quantities/probabilities from a feeder system with figures from the operational ERP system (sales/orders) in order to maintain planning over a period starting in the current year and stretching several years into the future. As the planned quantities are generated by a specified process, the department wants to have the option of carrying out fine planning and corrective planning by means of manual quantity specifications. In addition, there is the option of maintaining planned quantities in the future according to sales forecasts.
