Brief description
A SAP ERP basic training course is created for the customer and held at the customer's premises. This training contains an overview of the module structure of SAP and the most important master data and documents. In addition, a prototype is implemented for a customer service-process and presented. The customer's employees thereby receive a first overview of the structure and possibilities with SAP.
