SAP ERP 6.0: Inclusion of sales PL/FR (from ERP 6.0) and TR (not SAP) in a sales system

Brief description
Countries PL/FR are to be moved from an existing ERP 6.0 system and TR from a non-SAP system to an existing ERP 6.0 SAP system with all processes and interfaces. The focus is on SD and interfaces. At the same time, the processes are to be converted to the global processes of a reference system while taking into account special local considerations.
Supplement
The main tasks are Consulting, particularly in the realignment of processes, setting up of the system via customizing, and the implementation of solutions for local requirements and interfaces. Support for test phases and the go-live phase. All 3 countries have their own warehouses that are managed by external providers. The interfaces to the external warehouses are reflected via SAP standard ALE interfaces. For defined processes, third-party processing with the hub must be set up for all three countries.
Subject description
All three sales companies have separate warehouses, which are filled via fill-up orders from the central warehouse. The warehouses are managed externally and connected via SAP standard interfaces to the ERP 6.0 system. Third-party processing with the hub must be set up for the agency export business.
