To deploy SAP Retail, customer-specific adjustments are designed and agreed in the form of prototypes. This affects the settlement of goods deliveries for electronic devices according to §13b UStG Partial Cancellation / Cancellation – Reverse Charge.

Subject description
According to §13b UStG, payment of the VAT charge is reversed (reverse charge) for certain transactions. In the tax legislation for 2010, application of the reverse charge according to § 13b of the VAT legislation is extended to further areas. This was expanded again in 2011 to include certain electronic devices.
