SAP ERP 6.0: Support FI/CO
Brief description
In the course of application support, questions and problems in the context of the entire SAP application used will be clarified. The focus of support is related to the SAP modules of fixed asset accounting, financial accounting and controlling. Furthermore, support is provided in linking up interfaces.
Supplement
In addition to temporary on-site support, support is also provided via remote access from the business premises. In addition to SAP ERP, the customer uses a sector-specific standard software product for order handling involving haulage companies with general cargo handling, and the corresponding interfaces for this must be updated.
Subject description
The activities in application support include customizing, documentation and test support of business processes. Moreover, error situations are analyzed and corresponding suggestions for resolution are worked out.
