SAP ERP 6.0: Unicode changeover and upgrade

Brief description
The customer operates an SAP ERP system for processing its business processes, using all the key modules. Special focuses include maintenance, process handling and project handling. In order to create the necessary technical foundation for expected adjustments and expansions in the market, a long-delayed Unicode changeover is carried out, together with an upgrade to EHP 7, among other tasks.
Supplement
Most of the activities in the field of the Unicode changeover, from analysis, via implementation, to go-live support, are performed by PTA, with selective internal support from technical specialists or specialist departments for testing.
Subject description
In addition to the usual SAP standard tasks relating to a Unicode changeover/upgrade, the most important tasks include adapting several hundred customer-specific programs and objects from different modules.
