Supplement
The bonuses are calculated from work performed by the crew to which the fitter in question belongs.
Subject description
The bonuses for the crew to which the fitter belongs are identified and evaluated in terms of costs and revenues. The corresponding share in the profits is credited on the basis of rules and a specified algorithm.
