SAP R/3 integration of a new R/3 company
Project duration: 1 year
Brief description
A new production site has been purchased and the R/3 applications of the acquired company need to be integrated into a live R/3 system. To achieve this, the target system first needs a release upgrade from 4.0B to 4.6C.
Supplement
Although the target system does not have production control and the associated quality management, the corresponding PP and QM modules and DMS are to be implemented in the R/3 installation that is to be migrated. This requires linking the material master with drawings, images and documents.
Subject description
In this fusion project, the business processes in the acquired company's accounting and logistical departments are to be analyzed and implemented in the target system. This forms the basis for migration into the target system.
