Brief description
First level support for production planning in the PP module for a validated SAP system.
Supplement
Support for the specialist department and handling software change management within the PP module in a validated SAP system. The SAP system is used in the production of medication (parenterals) and is given an interface to the MES standard software (Manufacturing Execution System) PMX, among other things.
Subject description
Interface between the specialist departments and programming: accepting queries and software change requests for the production planning department, as well as the formal and correct processing of software changes via change management in a validated software environment. This work includes creating and revising all the associated documents and carrying out system tests, and is aligned with the SOPs (standard operating procedures) that apply in the pharmaceutical company in question.
