SAP S/4HANA Introduction Test Management

The introduction of Xray in Jira supports the quality assurance of development processes. To this end, standardized test case structures, test plans and test sets were established. The review and approval process for test cases was mapped using Jira workflows. Reports and dashboards enable transparent tracking of test progress and early identification of risks. In addition, roles and authorizations were defined in the tool in order to clearly regulate responsibilities. The introduction was closely supported by an overarching test management team and supplemented by training courses.
