SAP support for FI/CO
Project duration: 8 months
Brief description
After the SAP system goes live, new functional and/or technical issues continue to arise. As part of the support project, these tasks are solved from the branch or directly in the customer's system.
Supplement
The customer's SAP R/3 system that is supported runs on Release 4.6C. The focus is on the SAP modules MM, SD, FI, AA, CO with ALE/IDoc interfaces.
Subject description
The support tasks relate primarily to the FI and CO environment. Additionally, questions regarding the interfaces to SD (invoices, contract, etc.) and MM (checking inbound invoices, IDoc monitoring) often have to be clarified. Analyzing and controlling tasks also need to be performed in the context of the end-of-fiscal-year closing. Finally, help is to be provided in formulating change requests for the central IT department, as well as cooperation in testing the changes made.
