Setup and Configuration of SAP Cloud ALM

A key part of the implementation is to identify potential system problems at an early stage and increase transparency during operation. The setup includes the connection of relevant systems and the configuration of selected metrics such as CPU utilization, queue status and system availability. Health monitoring now provides the customer with real-time data on system health, an important basis for stable and proactive SAP operations. In addition to connecting the relevant systems, threshold values are defined for critical metrics in order to identify deviations at an early stage. If these thresholds are exceeded, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to defined recipients. This enables proactive system monitoring in real time, an important step towards stable and transparent SAP operations.
