Setup and Configuration of SAP Cloud ALM

Brief description
SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) is successfully introduced as part of the system and operational optimization. The aim of the introduction is to manage the entire lifecycle of SAP applications centrally, transparently and efficiently.
Supplement
A key part of the implementation is to identify potential system problems at an early stage and increase transparency during operation. The setup includes the connection of relevant systems and the configuration of selected metrics such as CPU utilization, queue status and system availability. Health monitoring now provides the customer with real-time data on system health, an important basis for stable and proactive SAP operations. In addition to connecting the relevant systems, threshold values are defined for critical metrics in order to identify deviations at an early stage. If these thresholds are exceeded, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to defined recipients. This enables proactive system monitoring in real time, an important step towards stable and transparent SAP operations.
Subject description
To improve system transparency and increase operational reliability, the customer implemented health monitoring in SAP Cloud ALM. The aim is to centrally monitor technical system statuses and provide automated notification of critical events.
