Brief description
The training course is used to support implementation of SCRUM in the company. The agile software development process is reflected in SpiraTeam. In an example case, the SCRUM process is performed in SpiraTeam from requirement to iteration.
Supplement
The SCRUM process is discussed with the customer stakeholders. SpiraTeam is configured for SCRUM with a view to workflows (for requirements, incidents and tasks). An example requirement is used to discuss the SCRUM process using a standard SCRUM meeting workflow. Typical entries are made in SpiraTeam for each meeting.
