Standardized data management by web page and interfaces

Brief description
Conceptual design, including cost estimate, implementation and introduction of a web page and multiple specialist applications for managing and publishing individual quotations in the care area following the requirements of "Zweites Pflegestärkungsgesetz (PSG II)". The aim is to create IT-supported standardization. The client-capable application operates as a multi-user system and takes regional-specific administration structures into account both for user management and quotation maintenance.
Supplement
The web application is based on a two-layer, service-oriented architecture. The development is carried out in ASP.NET with C#, based on the .NET 4.5.2 framework. The application is implemented as a modular and extendable Internet application. The specialist applications are operated as Windows services; the project includes high-performance database access.
Subject description
The web application requires user-friendly, clearly structured and effective operation that can assist even inexperienced case handlers. Alternatively, the data are checked and transferred via a data collection point. Quotations are published via automated methods and interfaces. Publication operates in an error-tolerant way if there are technical failures. The application supports monitoring by external programs for the purposes of safeguarding operation.
